Ken Pucker became an Advisory Director to Berkshire Partners in 2010, and also currently teaches at both the Tufts Fletcher School and at the Tuck School of Business. Previously, Ken served as Chief Operating Officer of Timberland where he assumed multiple roles during his 15-year tenure. Ken serves as board member at King Arthur Baking, Mighty Earth, New Standard Institute, High Meadows Institute, and the Commonwealth School. Ken received a B.A. from Middlebury College and an M.S. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management.

Advisory Directors are business executives or industry experts well known to Berkshire who participate in specific activities that arise in their areas of expertise, including deal origination, due diligence investigation, investment deliberation and portfolio company advisory services.
