Jonas Nilsson is a Managing Director and Head of Client Relations & Partnerships at Berkshire Partners. He joined Berkshire in 2025 to lead the client relations and partnership teams for both Private Equity and Stockbridge. Prior to joining Berkshire, Jonas was a Partner at Cinven, where he helped to lead their global fundraising efforts. Jonas received a B.A. from Amherst College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
