Chris Blier is Deputy Chief Compliance Officer and Counsel at Berkshire Partners. Prior to joining Berkshire in 2012, Chris was a Senior Associate in mergers & acquisitions tax at KPMG, and also previously worked at Ernst & Young. Chris received a B.A. from Colby College, a J.D. from University of Maine School of Law, and an LL.M from Boston University School of Law.
