Brian Brickhouse has been an Advisory Director at Berkshire Partners since 2025. Brian served as President of the Electrical Sector Americas at Eaton, a multinational power management company, until his retirement in 2023.  Before his role as President, he held various leadership positions within Eaton, including overseeing the Asia Pacific and Europe, Middle East, and Africa businesses. Earlier in his career, Brian served on the Executive Committee and Board of Governors with the National Electrical Manufacturers’ Association. He began his career at Westinghouse before joining Eaton through an acquisition. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northwestern University.

Advisory Directors are business executives or industry experts well known to Berkshire who participate in specific activities that arise in their areas of expertise, including deal origination, due diligence investigation, investment deliberation and portfolio company advisory services.
