RALEIGH, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Affordable Care, LLC announced today that it has acquired DDS Dentures + Implant Solutions, solidifying its position as the largest Dental Support Organization (DSO) in the United States focused on tooth replacement services.

With this acquisition, Affordable Care will serve as the DSO for two top dental brands: Affordable Dentures & Implants and DDS Dentures + Implant Solutions. The newly combined organization is majority-owned by Berkshire Partners, a Boston-based investment firm and an existing investor in Affordable Care.

Affordable Dentures & Implants is the largest network of dental providers concentrating on denture and implant services in the United States, with more than 260 affiliated practices in 39 states. DDS Dentures + Implant Solutions supports 52 dental practices in seven states that provide general dentistry to adults with a primary focus on dentures and implant services.
