IVC Evidensia is Europe's largest veterinary care provider and the number two provider globally, operating in 17 countries and with nearly 2,000 hospitals including both first opinion practices and specialty clinics. In addition to hospital ownership, the company provides additional services to independent veterinarians including pharmacy, cremation, telehealth, wellness, and buying group services. Berkshire Private Equity initially invested in VetStrategy, Canada’s leading veterinary care provider, in July 2020. In November 2021, VetStrategy merged with IVC Evidensia.
