Rich Adduci has been an Operating Executive at Berkshire Partners since 2018.  He was previously the Global Chief Information Officer at National Grid and Boston Scientific, and a Partner at Accenture.  He has served on the boards of GHX, a privately held healthcare supply chain management company, and ERT, a privately held clinical trial software company.  Rich received a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.

Operating Executives are business executives or industry experts well known to Berkshire who participate in specific activities that arise in their areas of expertise, including deal origination, due diligence investigation, investment deliberation, and portfolio company advisory services.
