Samantha Adams is a Managing Director at Berkshire Partners, focusing on people and operations. Prior to joining Berkshire in 2012, Samantha was Senior Vice President of Enterprise Brand Strategy for Bank of America. She began her career at Bain & Co., and previously held marketing roles for Hill Holliday Advertising and the Discovery Health Channel. Samantha received an A.B. from Harvard University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
