Ross Jones is a Managing Director at Berkshire Partners with more than 35 years of experience in private equity investing. He previously served as Chairman of the firm’s Governance & Policy Committee and Private Equity Committee, and is currently engaged in a range of strategic initiatives for the firm. Prior to joining Berkshire in 1993, Ross was a consultant at Bain & Company and an Associate at an early-stage merchant bank. He holds an A.B. from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
