Richard Shin is a Vice President and member of the Client Relations & Partnerships team responsible for Product Management at Berkshire Partners. Before joining Berkshire in 2024, he was an Associate on the Fundraising and Investor Relations team at Silver Lake. Previously, Richard worked in Global Banking & Markets at HSBC covering the chemical sector. Richard graduated Cum Laude with a B.A. in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University.
