Raleigh Shoemaker is a Managing Director at Berkshire Partners and co-leads the firm’s Investor Relations efforts. He has specific responsibility for the firm’s relationships with existing limited partners. Raleigh joined Berkshire in 2006 and has been a leader on the firm’s Investor Relations team since 2010. Prior to joining Berkshire, Raleigh was an Executive Director at Sterling Capital Management. Earlier in his career, he worked at Audax Group, Bain & Co. and Bowles, Hollowell, Conner & Co. Raleigh received an A.B. from Duke University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
