Paul Ruh is an Operating Advisor at Berkshire Partners focused on supporting the finance functions of Berkshire’s private equity portfolio companies.  Paul has also been a Managing Director in the CFO Services practice at Alvarez and Marsal and served as CFO and other leadership roles at several private equity-owned companies. Paul received a B.A. in Accounting from Arizona State University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Arizona.

Operating Executives are business executives or industry experts well known to Berkshire who participate in specific activities that arise in their areas of expertise, including deal origination, due diligence investigation, investment deliberation, and portfolio company advisory services.
