Nii Amaah Ofosu-Amaah is a Managing Director at Berkshire Partners and co-leads the firm’s Investor Relations efforts. He oversees the firm’s investor engagement team globally and has specific responsibility for LP co-investment strategy. Nii Amaah originally joined Berkshire in 2006 as an Associate on the private equity team and returned to the firm in 2010 after graduating from business school. During his time on the private equity team, he was involved with several Berkshire portfolio companies including AmSafe, EP Wealth, Telx, and TransDigm. Prior to joining Berkshire, Nii Amaah was an Analyst in the investment banking division at Goldman Sachs. He received an A.B. from Harvard College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
