Milo Dee is a Principal and a member of the Consumer team at Berkshire Partners. He is currently involved with Berkshire portfolio companies Implus, Kendra Scott and Mielle Organics. Prior to joining Berkshire in 2020, he was a Co-Founder of Coast Up, a company that launches and grows consumer brands that have meaningful direct marketing opportunities. Previously, he was a Vice President at Sycamore Partners and an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company. Milo received a B.A. from Amherst College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
