Mike Miles has been an Advisory Director at Berkshire Partners since 2013 and currently serves as a director of two Berkshire portfolio companies, Access and Portillo’s. He began his career at Bain & Co. and previously served as interim Chief Executive Officer at Portillo’s following Berkshire’s acquisition, as well as earlier roles at YUM Brands’ Pizza Hut business and PepsiCo. He was also previously involved with former Berkshire portfolio company National Vision. Mike is a member of the board of Western Union, where he serves on the Audit and Compliance committees, and he received a B.A. from Yale College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
