Mike Ascione is a Co-Managing Partner at Berkshire Partners, where he is responsible for overall leadership of the firm. He is also a senior member of Private Equity’s Industrials and Services teams and active on new investments and across the portfolio. Mike joined Berkshire in 2001 and began his career at Goldman Sachs & Co in 1993. He earned a B.S. from Boston College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
