Mike Ascione is a Managing Director and member of the Services and Industrials and Technology teams at Berkshire Partners. He is currently involved with Berkshire portfolio companies Triumvirate Environmental, Electric Power Engineers, Consolidated Precision Products Corp., Harvey Performance Company, and EP Wealth Advisors. Examples of prior portfolio company involvement include Advanced Drainage Systems, Husky Injection Molding, Transdigm, Bartlett Nuclear, Carter’s, Party City, and Skillsoft. Prior to joining Berkshire in 2001, he worked in Corporate Finance at Goldman Sachs & Co. Mike received a B.S. from Boston College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
