Michael Grebe has been an Advisory Director to Berkshire Partners since 2016 and serves on the Board of Directors for Berkshire portfolio companies Access and SRS Distribution. He is also involved with Berkshire portfolio company 3Phase Elevator and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Baptist Health System, Sterling Talent Solutions, Inc., and Berlin Packaging, Inc. Previously, Mike served as Chief Executive Officer of Interline Brands and held positions at Airgas, Inc. and IPCO Safety, Inc. Mike also served as a U.S. Naval Officer. He sits on the board of trustees at the Episcopal School of Jacksonville. Mike received a B.A. from the University of Michigan.
