Melissa Gavin joined Berkshire Partners in 2022 and is the Vice President of Talent Acquisition. Prior to joining Berkshire, Melissa was Vice President of Talent at OpenView Venture Partners. She also worked at True Search as a Principal and Ratio Advisors as an Associate. She began her career at Nomura Securities International as an Associate. Melissa received a B.A. from Yale University.
