Max Silberman is a Vice President and member of the Services & Industrials team at Berkshire Partners. Before joining Berkshire in 2024, he was a Senior Associate at GTCR. He began his career at Barclays as an Investment Banking Analyst. Max received a B.A. from Northwestern University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
