Max Silberman is a Vice President and member of the Services team at Berkshire Partners. He is involved in Berkshire portfolio companies Parts Town, Specialized Elevator, and United Flow Technologies. Before joining Berkshire in 2024, he was a Senior Associate at GTCR. He began his career at Barclays as an Investment Banking Analyst. Max received a B.A. from Northwestern University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
