Matt Gooch is a Managing Director at Berkshire Partners, where he leads the business development and capital markets teams. Prior to joining Berkshire in 2019, Matt was the Head of European Banking at William Blair & Company, where he spent more than 20 years in a variety of investment banking roles. Matt received a B.A. from Emory University, and an M.B.A. from University of Chicago.
