Larry Kinglsey has been an Advisory Director to Berkshire Partners since 2016. He is also currently a director at both Rockwell Automation and Polaris Industries. He currently serves as Independent Chairman of the Board of IDEXX Laboratories, Inc. and is the Chairman of Mirion Technologies, Inc.  He is also on the Board of Polaris Industries, as well as Berkshire portfolio companies Consolidated Precision Products Corporation and Harvey Performance Company.

Previously, Larry served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Pall Corporation, a global leader in fluid separation sciences.  Before joining the Pall Corporation, he served as Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of IDEX Corporation, a company specializing in fluid and metering technologies.  Earlier in his career, Larry held management positions with Danaher Corporation, Kollmorgen Corporation, and Weidmuller Incorporated.  He was also a Director of Cooper Industries Ltd and Rockwell Automation.

Larry received a B.S. in industrial engineering from Clarkson University and an M.B.A from College of William and Mary.
