Karen Yen is an Associate and member of the Private Equity team at Berkshire Partners. Before joining Berkshire in 2024, she was an Associate Consultant at Bain & Co. Karen received a B.S. from The Wharton School and a B.A.S. from the School of Engineering & Applied Science through University of Pennsylvania’s Jerome Fisher Program in Management & Technology.
