Jonas Nilsson is an Advisory Partner at Berkshire Partners, advising the firm’s Co-Managing Partners on fundraise readiness, capital formation strategy and market signals, drawing on three decades of senior relationships with institutional investors across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Latin America, and Asia. He joined the firm in 2025 as a Managing Director, to build and lead its global investor relations function across both Private Equity and Stockbridge. Prior to joining Berkshire, Jonas was a Partner at Cinven, where he helped to lead their global fundraising efforts. Jonas received a B.A. from Amherst College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
