Jonas Nilsson is an Advisory Partner at Berkshire Partners. He joined Berkshire in 2025 on the investor relations team for both Private Equity and Stockbridge. Prior to joining Berkshire, Jonas was a Partner at Cinven, where he helped to lead their global fundraising efforts. Jonas received a B.A. from Amherst College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
