Glen Senk became an Advisory Director to Berkshire Partners in 2017 and is also Chairman and CEO of Front Row Partners. Previously, Glen served as CEO of David Yurman, President of Anthropologie, and CEO of Urban Outfitters. He has also held senior positions at Bloomingdales, Habitat International Merchandise and Marketing Group, and Williams-Sonoma.

Glen is on the board of directors of former Berkshire portfolio company Aritzia and previously served on the boards of former portfolio companies Bare Escentuals, Kendra Scott, Melissa & Doug and Opening Ceremony. He also separately has served on the boards of Cooking.com, Tory Burch and Urban Outfitters, and is currently a board member for GTI and Boden. Glen received a B.A. from New York University and an M.B.A from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Advisory Directors are business executives or industry experts well known to Berkshire who participate in specific activities that arise in their areas of expertise, including deal origination, due diligence investigation, investment deliberation and portfolio company advisory services.
