Dale Chen-MacLean is an Associate at Berkshire Partners, and a member of the Berkshire Partners Private Equity team. Before joining Berkshire in 2023, he was an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company. Previously, Dale worked for the Johns Hopkins University Endowment as an Investment Analyst. Dale received a B.A. from Yale College.
