Beth Hoffman is a Senior Advisor at Berkshire Partners. After joining the firm in 2003, she became a Managing Director in 2011. Prior to joining Berkshire, Beth was with venture capital firm Sprout Group and began her career as an analyst at Morgan Stanley in New York. Her representative former portfolio company involvement includes Advanced Drainage Systems (ADS), Asurion, Bartlett Nuclear, Casella Waste Systems, Crown Castle, Masergy, Point Broadband, Protelindo, Telx, Torres Unidas, Tower Development Corporation (TDC), Tower North, and United BioSource. Beth received a B.A. from Macalester College and received an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
