Bertty Martinez is the Chief Financial Officer at Berkshire Partners. Before joining Berkshire in 2025, he was the Chief Financial Officer at the Harvard Management Company, who manages Harvard University’s endowment and related financial assets. Previously, Bertty worked at HighVista Strategies, as the firm’s Chief Financial Officer. Bertty received a B.S. from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst and an M.S. from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville.
