Andrew Gorgone joined Berkshire Partners in 2025 as a Director on the Investor Relations team. Prior to Berkshire, he was a Director of Investor Relations at Bain Capital, where he focused on managing relationships with institutional investors and supporting fundraising initiatives across the firm’s investment platforms. Andrew earned a B.A. from Providence College.
