Amy Su has been an Advisory Director to Berkshire Partners since 2023 and is currently involved with Berkshire portfolio companies Harvey Performance Company, Parts Town, and SRS Distribution. Amy co-founded and serves as Managing Partner at The Mariswood Group and brings nearly two decades of advisory experience in coaching investment professionals, CEOs, and other senior executives to this role. Her prior experience includes serving as a Management Consultant for Booz Allen Hamilton. Amy received a B.A. from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Advisory Directors are business executives or industry experts well known to Berkshire who participate in specific activities that arise in their areas of expertise, including deal origination, due diligence investigation, investment deliberation and portfolio company advisory services.
