Ethan Leder has been an Advisory Director to Berkshire Partners since 2025. Ethan is the Co-Founder and former Executive Chairman of Precision Medicine Group. Prior to Precision Medicine Group, he co-founded United BioSource Corporation. Ethan also co-founded U.S. Bioservices earlier in his career. Ethan holds a J.D. from Georgetown Law and an undergraduate degree from The Johns Hopkins University.
