Berkshire Partners is pleased to announce Managing Director Elizabeth (“Liz”) Bride and Principal Katie Ragan have been named to GrowthCap’s“Top Women Leaders in Growth Investing” 2025 list. The award recognizes women who have made outstanding contributions to growth investing, demonstrating expertise in private capital markets, operational excellence, and portfolio management.

Liz was promoted to Managing Director, Investor Relations, in December 2024, and currently serves as a key member of Berkshire Partners’ Investor Relations team. She has played a central role in developing and executing the firm's investor relations strategy, primarily focusing on Stockbridge, Berkshire’s public equity fund, while also making significant contributions to the private equity platform. Liz is also actively involved in recruiting and talent development for Berkshire’s investor relations team and serves as Co-Chair of the Development Committee at Boston Collegiate School. Prior to Berkshire, Liz was Chief Operating Officer at Guidepost Growth Equity and held several positions in investor relations at Bain Capital. She holds a B.A. from Hamilton College and an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
