BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Berkshire Partners is pleased to announce Managing Directors Candice Corvetti and Drew Walker have been named to GrowthCap’s“Top 40 Under 40 Growth Investors of 2023” list. GrowthCap’s 10th annual list recognizes the industry’s leading private capital investment professionals for their leadership qualities and overall contributions to deal activity.

Ms. Corvetti was promoted to Managing Director at Berkshire Partners in 2023. She is a leader within the firm’s Services and Industrials sector and has strong deal experience, including the firm’s successful investment in Parts Town, one of the fastest growing parts distributors in the foodservice equipment industry. Other key portfolio company involvement includes AHEADAdvanced Drainage Systems, and Asurion. Prior to joining Berkshire Partners in 2014, Ms. Corvetti was an Associate at Madison Dearborn Partners. She began her career as an analyst at J.P. Morgan. Ms. Corvetti graduated magna cum laude from Williams College, where she earned a B.A. in mathematics and economics, and she earned an M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business, where she was an Arjay Miller Scholar.

After first joining Berkshire Partners in 2010 as an Associate on the private equity team, Mr. Walker returned to the firm as a Vice President in 2014 following his graduation from business school and was promoted to Managing Director in 2023. He is a leader within the firm’s Digital Infrastructure team and has strong deal experience, including the firm’s successful investment in Teraco – Africa’s largest carrier-neutral data center and interconnection services provider. Other key portfolio company involvement includes TractPoint BroadbandAHEADLightower Fiber NetworksMedOne, and Opensignal. Mr. Walker began his career as an analyst in the power and utilities investment banking group at Morgan Stanley. He graduated summa cum laude from Middlebury College with a B.A. in economics and environmental studies, and he earned an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar.
