Jason Grapski is an Operating Partner in the Portfolio Support Group at Berkshire Partners. Prior to joining Berkshire in 2015, Jason was a Senior Vice President at Univar where he focused on continuous improvement, strategy and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to Univar, he was with McKinsey & Co. for more than 13 years. Jason received a B.S. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a Ph.D. from the University of Delaware.
