Ryan Chen is an Operating Vice President in the Portfolio Support Group at Berkshire Partners. Prior to joining Berkshire in 2026, Ryan held various transformation roles at portfolio companies, most recently as Vice President at Amerit Fleet Solutions. Earlier in his career, Ryan was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company. He received a B.S. from Rutgers University and an M.B.A. from NYU Stern School of Business.
