Rebecca Nordhaus is the Chief Operating Officer of Stockbridge. Prior to joining Stockbridge in 2026, Rebecca was a Founding Partner and Co-Chief Operating Officer of Finepoint Capital, where she spent ten years helping build the firm from inception. In that role, she oversaw key functions including talent, strategy, compliance, legal, and investor relations. Earlier in her career, Rebecca practiced corporate law at Cravath, Swaine & Moore and WilmerHale. Rebecca received a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. from Yale University.
