Adi Gupta is an Operating Partner and member of the Portfolio Support Group at Berkshire Partners. He joined the firm in 2026 from McKinsey & Company, where he was a Partner and led McKinsey’s North American Healthcare Business Building service line, focused on value creation for private equity portfolio companies. He also founded and co-led McKinsey’s Employer Health Services line. Adi received a B.E. in Electrical Engineering from Delhi Technological University.
