Jon Karp is a Vice President at Berkshire Partners and a member of the Technology team. He is currently involved with Berkshire portfolio activities in the technology sector. Jon first joined Berkshire in 2018 as an Associate and rejoined in 2025 after serving as a Director at KOKO Networks. He received a B.S. from Yale University and an M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
