Jake Kaminer is a Vice President and member of the Industrials team at Berkshire Partners. Before joining Berkshire in 2025, he was a Vice President at Sycamore Partners. Previously, he was an associate at Bain Capital and an investment banking analyst at Bank of America. Jake received a B.S. from Haverford College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
