Ted Rainaud is a Managing Director and a member of the Services and Industrials team at Berkshire Partners. He is currently involved with Berkshire portfolio companies Consolidated Precision Products Corp., FoodChain ID, Harvey Performance Company, and SRS Distribution. Examples of prior Berkshire portfolio company involvement include Advanced Drainage Systems, AmSafe, Implus, and Torres Unidas. Ted originally joined Berkshire in 2010 as an Associate, and then returned to the firm in 2014 after graduating from business school. Prior to joining Berkshire, Ted was a Senior Associate Consultant at Bain & Co. He received a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
