Seavron Banus is a member of the Portfolio Support Group at Berkshire Partners. Prior to joining the firm in 2019, Seavron was a leadership coach and scalability consultant. He was also previously the Director of Corporate and Operational Strategy at Unison, a real estate investment company.  Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Slalom Consulting and Kaiser Associates in the firms’ strategy & operations and telecommunications, media, and technology practices. He also acts as the Alumni Association Development Chair at Sonoma Academy. Seavron received a B.S. and B.A. from Middlebury College.
