Eric Souza is Chief Technology Officer and Chief Information Security Officer at Berkshire Partners. Prior to joining Berkshire in 2006, Eric was Director of Information Technology for Interpublic Group where he oversaw technology initiatives in their New England region. Eric received a B.S. from Siena College and is a recipient of an Information Security Graduate Certificate from Boston University and a Cybersecurity Graduate Certificate from Harvard University Extension School.
