Gary Giordano is Senior Vice President of Tax at Berkshire Partners. Prior to joining Berkshire in 2004, Gary, a CPA, worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the mergers and acquisitions group. Gary received a B.S. from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell and an M.S.T. from Bentley College Graduate School of Business.
