Kimberly Snyder is the Associate General Counsel at Berkshire Partners. Prior to joining Berkshire in 2022, Kimberly was an Associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges where she represented private equity funds and portfolio companies in a wide variety of transactions. Kimberly received a B.A. from Amherst College, and a joint J.D. and M.B.A from Cornell Law School and Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management.
